Our Solution: Blockchain + AI to Help Games Build Lasting IP
The core problem in gaming is that games don't last long enough and value cannot be sustained.
Our Answer:
Blockchain makes games last longer, AI deepens the relationship between characters and players — together, they help games build lasting IP.
1.2.1 Blockchain Makes Games More Stable and Long-Lasting
Capybobo uses blockchain to redefine how game revenue is distributed.
Pairing user deposits with game assets to form on-chain liquidity pools (LP). Under the traditional model, a large share of user spending is captured by channels and platforms, leaving game assets with no price support. Capybobo pairs the majority of user deposits directly with game assets, forming on-chain liquidity. The more revenue, the deeper the liquidity, the more stable the asset pricing. Player investments gain a real foundation of protection, making the game economy fundamentally more sustainable.
Transparent revenue distribution incentivizes long-term development. Game revenue is automatically distributed via smart contracts, fully transparent and community-auditable on-chain. Developers earn sustained revenue from longer game lifespans — in-game revenue, physical toy sales, AI character interaction revenue — turning long-term operation from a cost into an investment.
On-chain payments improve developer take-home rates. Cryptocurrency payments provide greater settlement flexibility, significantly improving take-home ratios and freeing up more resources for long-term operation.

1.2.2 AI Builds Unique Relationships Between Characters and Each Player
Once games last longer, AI makes that time truly count.
The same character develops completely different memories and experiences with different users.
AI-Native characters have independent memory, personality evolution, and learning capabilities — they remember what you said last week, how your preferences have changed, and what you've experienced together. The same character becomes unique in each player's eyes because their interaction histories differ.
AI + gaming creates richer experience scenarios. Games provide AI with visual interfaces and rich scenarios; AI gives each user a different experience within the same game — personalized narratives, quests, and interactions become possible.
AI characters can provide deep emotional companionship, and in the future, education may even happen within AI + game environments — learning with context is more effective and engaging.
Data validates this trend:
Character.ai users average about 2 hours daily, with sessions around 45 minutes (SQ Magazine, 2026)
Replika has over 25 million users (ElectroIQ, 2025)
The AI companion market reached $37.7 billion in 2025 (Fortune Business Insights).
1.2.3 Both Are Essential
Blockchain alone, without AI, is just the old GameFi playbook — 93% of Web3 games are already dead (ChainPlay, 2024), having built only the economic layer while lacking characters and emotion. AI alone, without blockchain, means the game economy can't sustain itself and emotional accumulation never gets started.
Together: blockchain stabilizes assets and extends lifespans; AI builds unique, deep relationships between characters and each player — making it far more likely that IP will truly form.
1.2.4 After IP Forms: A Positive Flywheel
IP value far exceeds the game itself.
Pokémon's total cumulative revenue exceeds $150 billion, yet video game revenue accounts for only about $17 billion (~10%). The remaining 90% comes from merchandise licensing (retail merchandise alone exceeds $91.6 billion), trading cards, film and TV, brand partnerships, and more.
Hello Kitty's $89 billion in total revenue is over 90% from merchandise licensing (Visual Capitalist / Licensing International, 2025).
IP-derived commercial paths include: physical goods, brand licensing and collaborations, trading cards, film and TV, offline experiences, educational products, and more.
More importantly, IP awareness drives new users and higher retention back to the game — forming a "Game → IP → Commercial Value → Feeds Back to Game → Stronger IP" positive flywheel.
Using blockchain + AI to help games build lasting IP is our answer to the industry's structural problem.
